Training Update: Tuesday, 01 April 2014: Is no Joke


Out with the new… In with the old…

I am reverting back to basics with my training after spending 8 years in gyms and studios across Melbourne. 


Training indoors protected from the natural elements of each passing season has returned a low standard of results in strength and power results commonly known in industry as “gym strength”.

Understand that I hold the utmost respect for these indoor facilities and training venues, we are one team one fight – to get the people of our great city fit, active and moving, so in advance I thank my brothers and sisters for their support, this style of training is not for me.

On this day all training will move outside…

ABOUT... Thanks to my clients and my passion for the fitness industry, I have been introduced to an array of exercise formats, many a training program and exercise theory.
